Monday night was really special because there are a lot of kids that I have not been able to share with before. It is a rad place, but it is gnarly. A lot of kids that go there are not church kids. They are there to skate and a lot of them show up before or after 7:30 to make sure that they miss the message.As I was driving down there on Monday night I felt like I had a word from God.I felt like spiritually I had drank 100 cups of coffee.Like there was a word bouncing around inside of me. So, I get there and I am having fun just skating with the kids and hanging out. When it came time for me to share, I started by showing my new video part that is in the untitled video. It is always rad to show your video part to kids because it just earns your right with them to be heard. Then I shared my story how I came to Christ. How I was raised in a Christian home, and then how I got into skateboarding. All I did was skateboard and when I was 16 I got my first sponsor and, I got deeper into drugs and alcohol and sexual sin. I talked about how I thought I was having so much fun, but how sin is only fun for a season. It was just so cool because a lot of these kids were about twelve, but I talked to them like they were adults, i didn’t sugar coat it. I told them about Romans 6:23 “ The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life.”and that sinning is like a credit card, if you keep adding it up then eventually you have to pay for it. It was just really cool because I got to teach he Bible to them. I got to explain the gospel through the story of my life. Usually when the person is talking a lot of the kids will be chatting and not really listening to the speaker. All they want to do is skate again. But, while I was speaking I had their full attention. It was amazing to hold the attention of 9- 12 year old kids. That was God alone. Then I preached on Romans 5:8 How God teaches us that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. I gave an invitation to follow christ and I tried to make it as serious as possible. About 20-25 kids came forward to receive Christ. it was SICK!!!!
So tuesday was my birthday. It was a nice chill day and I was just reflecting on my life and thinking of all the stuff God has brought me through, and I felt God telling me that I was born for such a time as this, and that he spared my life because he has big plans for me. We saw a movie with our daughter makena, and then Em made me a steak dinner. I am trolley blessed.
Every other Wednesday night I lead a small group of skaters at a youth group in denver We have some stuff to skate, and so we skate like an hour then I share something with them. So it was me and 4 other kids and 3 girls were hanging out in there, so we had some fun skating then it was time for the talk, and I invited those girls to join us. I was going to talk about growing spiritually, but out of curiosity I asked them who was a christian and only 2 of the skaters raised their hands. So, I had to share the gospel of corse so I talked about Gods grace, and love for us and that he is the only way. Then I shared some about my life and at the end I was like who wants this and they all raised there hands. I was tripping, so I was like lets get on our knees and I prayed for them then led them through the sinners prayer it was rad.
So, Thursday rolls around, and I had to paint a whole 2 bedroom apartment and all the ceilings, closets, and doors, it killed me. By the time I got home I couldn’t move, and was like there’s no way I can go down there tonight, but the Lords strength is made perfect in weakness and his grace is sufficiant for me. I headed down on the way my body was just aching and i was seriously falling asleep. So I get there and I set up a new board, my pro model with the lion on it and some new wheels. So, I’m hanging out and when 7:30 comes I am like key God show up. I was gonna share the same message as monday so I showed my video and started to share. God moved in a whole different direction and I just shared how God spared my life, and how the enemy has tried to kill me, and the peace of God just took over and seriously it was the best message I’ve ever done. Then i gave an invitation to receive Christ, and I didn’t think any one would raise their hand, that’s how gnarly the message was. About 20 kids wanted jesus it was crazy, and as they came up I just felt the tears coming on and I was fighting em hard. I just prayed for them and led them through the sinners prayer. It was seriously amazing these kids are straight up gnarly we got them Bibles, and just encouraged them it was monumental to say the least. Later that night I was sharing the story with a close friend, and I felt like the 50 some kids this week getting saved were the first fruits of the harvest. We are praying for 140 thousand to get saved in the Denver area, and those kids were the first fruits. If God is faithful to bring them in then he is faithful to bring the rest of that harvest in it was a word from God. All praise to him the Lord of the harvest.
A beautiful sunday of God and Skateboarding 1.18.09
This past Sunday was wonderful. It was a beautiful sunny 70 degree day. Two boys came to church with me. One is my friend Wes, (who I got to lead to the Lord about a year ago and have have been bringing to church regularly and dicipling) The other was his friend Brandon. They came down from the greely area to go to church with me then go skate all day which is what I do about every sunday. The service was rad and we were stoked. After church we got some food and stopped by Satellite, the shop I skate for and got some shoes for Wes he was super stoked. Then we headed toward Denver and stopped at the Westminster park were there were about 12 kids there. I know about half of them and we were just skating and I was talking to some of the kids, and I got to share with them about the Lord and prayed with a couple of them it was rad one of the kids I knew was like yo jesus is my homeboy! I was like ya but he’s the lord jesus bro! and I shared how you need to take orders from the Lord and he commands you to repent! it was narly!! Then we headed out to the Brighton skate park and it was too windy but I got to encourage some little kids to seek the Lord.Then we went to the new Parker skate park which is so sick I couldn’t believe what they had to skate there. They had every thing, ledges, banks, bowls, rails every size and this awesome volcano the place was packed and we prayed before hand and I knew God was gonna do some thing rad.The harvest is truly great! but the labourers are few[matt. 9:37]. So we went with the great commission. I skated this one thing for like an hour. Then the word got out that I am pro, and kids were just coming up to me right and left. I was playing games of skate with them and just developing friendships and then a little later I was skating the volcano with a new friend and we just started talking about the Lord. Then all a sudden there was a group of kids around me and I was just getting to share the gopel and answering questions it was so sick about 15 to 20 heard the gospel in a unconventional way at a skate park what a ministry God has called me to !!! Then I stuck a nose blunt on the volcano and played another game of skate and had to say good bye to my new friends . God truly showed up and the people who sat in darkness saw a great light.[isaiah 9:2] GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST HEAVENS!!!!

This trip was rad. It was in Detroit at a church where they started a skate ministry and wanted to do a big contest and have me come out to do a demo and speak. It went really well I made some awesome friends and the contest was rad. Then another local pro and I did a demo, we threw down some sick stuff. Then I shared my testimony and the gospel and gave an invitation to receive Christ, and like 40 kids asked Jesus in their hearts. Also about 20 parents did too. It was amazing because I did’nt feel like I shared that great of a message and then all those people got saved it was sick! Before the demo I was hanging out with God and just asking for his spirit to come and give me a word to share and all I felt God say was a verse in 1 corinthians 2:4 that it is not with persuasive words but a demonstration of the spirit’s power and that’s exactly what happened. The event was to help a family who has a new born daughter with a heart tumour the size of her whole chest and she was in intensive care waiting for a new heart and I just found out recently that she got her new heart and the surgery went great and she is fine now and healthy and at home with her family. GLORY TO GOD!
Texas/Colorado Springs
Texas was the radest trip and I don’t even know where to begin. It was my first out of state demo on my own. First of all I needed a truck to pull my park down there so for weeks I was looking for a truck or van to use or buy from somebody and then I finally I rented a truck with the help of my church and had it for like an hour and just felt no peace about having it and right at the same time my dad called and said I could use his truck and he wanted to come. So i took the other truck back. My dad was coming and if you know my dad he not one to just to jump in a truck with 3 other people for a week doing ministry. That was a miracle! so it was me my Dad, Riley and Even.
We left for Texas pulling my park which is a pyramid and the trailer is the middle of it with hips, and a ledge across and ledges going down and a box and a rail. Our first stop was in Dalhart where my friend lives who has a 6 year old son who is totally infatuated with skateboarding. So we did a demo at there local park where about 20 to 30 kids showed up to watch us do a demo and it went rad and when I spoke only 20 kids stayed to hear the message, and most where pretty young like 13 and younger and I shared a real simple message and gave an invitation to follow christ and about 15 came forward and asked jesus into their hearts. Then we got to just encourage them in their new walk with christ it was so rad praise god!
So next we headed up to Dallas and we got an invite to come to a church that does an after school program for inner city kids it was rad we set up the whole park and there were about 40 kids that watched the demo they were stoked on it. I don’t think they ever saw a pro demo before I think we blew their minds and, when i spoke i had there full attention. I let my Dad introduce me and my Dad hasn’t ever spoke publicly before so he was pumped, and it was just special because when I spoke because he introduced me it gave me a point of reference and I shared my testimony and how my dad led me to christ it was rad. I gave an invitation to follow christ and like 30 kids came forward it was so amazing. After the demo we all got to just encourage them glory to God again!
Then we were off to Malakoff Texas where our big outreach was where a youth pastor was putting on an event at a public high school. It was rad we set up the park in the parking lot and they made a 6 ft quarter pipe for us and they had extra wood so we made a bank. I wanted a steep bank but it turned out super steep almost like a wall ride. It was hard just going up and down but in the demo ‘s we did some rad stuff on it. I kickfliped it to fakie and 3 flipped it to fakie which was super hard but i stuck it for the Lord. We did the first demo and it was rad and when I spoke I shared my testimony and gave an invitation to follow christ and a few girls came forward but it just seemed like there was something blocking the spirit. The next demo was totally off the hook we threw down in the name of Jesus, Riley ollied the whole pyramid to flat which is like a 16 ft long ollie and i kickfliped the pyramid and to end the demo i switch hardfliped it the gap is 8 ft it was rad. When I spoke God showed up in powerful way. All of the 300 or so people came right up to the stage. I had every ones full attention I shared the sickest message about how we have left our first love (Jesus) and went after other things like drugs achohol boyfriends girlfriends skateboarding,etc. and were empty and christ is calling us back. It was a message about grace, Gods heart, and the holy spirit poured out. People were crying and worshipping and revival fire came. I was flattened by Gods grace it was amazing to say the least all glory to God bless his holy name now and forever!!!!
On the way home we did a demo in Colorado springs and it went really well we did an awesome demo and when I shared the gospel about 10 kids gave their lives to christ it was a totally life changing trip to say the least I don’t think we or my dad will ever forget it. Thank you Jesus your the radest!!

The monument demo was pretty rad. It was at my friends camp that has a skatepark but it was rainy that day so we had to do the demo in this little covered patio thing that had a stage and this huge fire place in it. Their was only a few ramps that would fit in it but it was still fun. It was me ,riley, evan, and mackey and a friend of his and derek who put it on. It was sick most of the tricks went down on this flat ramp to flat me and riley threw down some nar and I ended it with a nollie front kick first try. Then I shared the gospel and how God has changed my life with a mesage in it .It was awesome alot of people there were trippin because I think they thought it would be just a skate demo but the word went forth with power!! glory to god!!!

On the 2nd trip that i took to Pueblo this summer i had to go to South fork first to get the old advocate trailer. Before i could go to South fork i had to get my box which weighs about 200 pounds. I had to put it on top of my car by myself in the rain. I almost gave up like 5 times, but i finally got it up there after an hour. So, after the long drive to South forkwhich is eight hours i got my trailer. After leaving i realised that my break lights didn’t work on the trailer, which i was worried about, but i picked up a hitchhiker and he knew a guy that could fix them,so we went to see him and he fixed them for only $20. Praise God. So i was back on my way to Pueblo and the my Phone dies. so had to go to like 5 different stores to find a charger. Then when i was driving through San Louis Valley it started sleeting. and was really foggy, But finally after all that i made it. I got to the place i was going to stay, and my friends Chris and Josh were waiting for me. We ate a little and then painted my ramps. What a day man. The next day we went to a school to do a demo, it was a small wooden stage that had enough room for a box and a rail, but it had a three stair coming off of it which was rad. After the demo i spoke but because it was a public school i wasn’t allowed to say Jesus. However, in a way it made the message clearer. The kids were stoked and God deffintly showed up. The next day we did a demo at the event which was totally awesome. We did three demos total. We defiantly destroyed it. Each time i spoke i brought a very powerful message, and about 50 kids total came forward and excepted Christ that day. I was so greatful that Josh and Chris were able to come help me it wouldn’t have happened without them.All in all it was a great trip, even though there were a few bumps in the beginning.
Pueblo #1
The first pueblo demo was pretty cool. First of all I got all the old advocate ramps given to me which were sitting in a field for like 5 years or something and I loaded those and some big banks all on one 12×8 trailer it was crazy and my car could bearly pull it. Some how I made it all the way to pueblo and we set it all up in a high school parking lot. Riley and even and I did the demo’s the people were expecting like 1500 people but only like 15 skater kids showed up. It was pretty rad we did a sick demo and I threw down the gospel and almost all those kids came forward for salvation.It was really rad to think that God put on that whole thing just for 15 kids to hear and respond to the gospel. Defiantly a fun day and it was totally worth it. thank god!

This was a fun little camping trip I took with the satellite crew for the ride with us thing. We went to rifle co skate park which was pretty fun the town was a little scary though we stuck out like a sore thumb I got to witness to a few of the local kids at the park they were trippin on me because most pros arn’t talking about jesus. After that we went to Montrose it was fun but a little caotic with 20 dudes shedding but i filmed a good line later in that sesh. Then we drove to Uray and camped that night it was nice sleeping under the stars and camp fire and all. The next day we skated Ridgeway it was sick! ultimate shedding went down I got some stuff done and me and charlie threw down our hammers back to back to end the sesh. Then we drove to Telluride which is the sickest park it was so awesome I had a lot of fun there and,every body threw down. Then we bailed and on the way home we stopped in Glenwood for some hot springs in a private spot I know it was the cherry on top.Over all the drive was so beautiful I could not stop praising God for his creation the people who were in my car experience an all out worship service. glory to god! This was very special for us because this was my first official demo on my own as skateministy.org . First of all all the ramps I had were given to me from warehouse 180 which was a huge blessing.Also marc spencer donated a bunch of the old advocate stuff to sell and some burning daylight dvd’s.So for the demo it was me ,rily and evan, and bunch of people helped out here and there and emily ran the booth.It was pretty crazy setting every thing up and getting the ramps all ready . We did 3 demo’s total the first one was rad because a bunch of the kksm guys showed up and helped do the demo it was crazy some sick stuff went down .Then I shared my testimony and preached the gospel no one came forward to get saved but the word went out. The second was rad too everyone was throwing down hammers and I shared again how I fell away from God and how God got me back with a message in there it was powerful .3 kids came forward to get right with God and were baptised right after it was cool.The third was rad too we were really tired but Gods strength is made perfect in weakness and we still did a good demo we did it a little different we Ollie’d a bunch of boards stacked up and Ollie’d some people laying down and then we Ollie’d and a chick fill’a mascot it was fun then I shared a message that God had been saying to me about how you can’t serve two masters and about worshiping God alone,it was rad I think allot of people got rocked by the spirit.The whole thing was amazing and it was allot of work and we got to pray for allot of people and promote the ministry big time. Praise god he showed up and provided all the ramps and even a place to store them all glory to god-thanks jesus!
Jamaica
So i just got back from Jamaica a few days ago, and i had an awesome time. I went with Untitled Skateboards again. We went down there to participate in a Luis Palau Festival. We also went with a BMX team and a freestyle motor cross team.
